Home sales dropped off to only 10 closings last month, although that is one more than last November. If you are thinking of selling don’t let that deter you though, homes do sell this time of year. There are fewer buyers, but they are more serious buyers. Also there are fewer competing homes if you are selling. Inventory is low as it often is this time of year, and only 3.1 months of inventory is great news for sellers.
