This Spring is starting out wild and crazy in the real estate business. There is a shortage of good housing inventory. Six out of the last seven buyers we’ve written offers for have been in competing offer situations, and three out of the last 5 listings we’ve done have had multiple offers within a couple of days.
Our challenge right now is we have too many buyers for the amount of houses available. Most of the buyers we are working with are looking for houses on the West side of Madison, Verona, Middleton, or Mt Horeb. If you have a house that you are thinking about selling in the Madison area, contact us first!
