It’s hard to believe Summer is coming to an end and Fall is almost here. Before you know it the holiday season will arrive. We have already achieved our best sales year ever in real estate, but this is the time of year when home sales tend to taper off. Kids are back in school and fewer people are moving around. We want to keep busy thru the fall and winter, so we are offering a listing commission discount from September thru Christmas. We’ll reduce our listing side of the commission from 3% to 2% for any seller in our target area (Verona, West Madison, Mount Horeb, Middleton) that lists their home with us in this time-frame. That’s a 33% discount off the listing side of the commission!
Most of the time when you find an agent offering a discount, they also are providing reduced services. We plan to provide our same top notch full service at this discounted price. We’ll continue to provide professional photography, paid property specific advertising on social media, and full service through negotiations, inspections, appraisals, and closing.
