Hello and welcome to our new blog! We have often run out of room on Facebook when trying to get information out there. So, we decided it was time to start a blog. Our goal with this blog is to make a difference in people’s lives through education, information, and inspiration. We hope our upcoming information will help people make wiser decisions related to real estate, financial management, wealth building, and charitable contributions as well as well as keeping you updated on our personal ventures.
Some of the upcoming topics that we have planned include:
- How you can develop passive income with income properties.
- Committing to charitable giving.
- How much home should you really buy (even though your lender says you can afford more)?
- Our upcoming trip to Haiti
- Real estate market statistics
- Home improvement tips.
…but first a little more info about us… We just got married on October 8th, and we are looking forward to an exciting future! Both of us born and raised in south central Wisconsin and currently living in Verona. We are active members in Living Hope Church and we believe in helping our community. In our personal business we are Realtors, investors, and property mangers. We currently own, manage, and maintain 6 rental units under the name Badger Real Estate Investments, and we work as Realtors for Bunbury and Associates. We donate 10% of all our real estate commissions to the charity of our client’s choice.
Keith has a background in engineering, a degree in architectural technology, and previous experience as a licensed home inspector. Kinsey has a degree in marketing, advertising, and business communications as well as experience in the financial services industry. All of this along with our passion for real estate makes us a great team.
Great blog! I look forward to reading future posts. I’m working on becoming a social media consultant for businesses around here and will definitely be using you guys as an example of the right way to do it!
