How It Came To Be

Ben and Keith, the developers, both found themselves in neighborhoods they love with great neighbors, not really wanting to move. Like most newer neighborhoods, neither Keith or Ben could build a large outbuilding in their backyard. They were both renting other spaces for their vehicles (boats, classic cars, motorcycles, jet skis, camper, etc.) Keith had left the engineering world to focus full time on real estate sales and investing, and for the first time found himself with enough time to enjoy a hobby again. As he pursued his interest in classic cars he found himself with no space to work on anything or expand his hobby. He diligently watched the real estate market for a property close by with an outbuilding (or space to build one). His thought was he would rent out the house and use the pole barn himself, but never found the right property for a reasonable price. The developers felt that if they had a need and an interest others certainly would too. The ideas evolved, and 3rd Space Garages is the end result.
